Sustainable Urban Equipment – Solar Energy

Designing urban furniture is a continuous expansion area. Immersed in urban issues and after several months working on sustainable metal materiality furniture proposals, we took the decision to fully aboard energy sustainability problematic of urban equipment.

This furniture was conceived as an energy accumulator, providing it with solar panels and batteries that power LED lighting, WiFi repeaters and several USB ports for recharging electronic devices.

Project goals

The main objective of this sustainable furniture project is, besides generating its own energy, generate extra profits to the community, through backlight advertising areas.
